I used the cream off the top of the can and added about a tablespoon of additional coconut oil. You don’t need a Vitamix for this recipe, only a high quality blender.

They didn’t include any add-ins but had been still wonderful. I followed the instructions exactly and they are terrible….? The filling is so bland and the crust is bitter. I’m going to strive again utilizing coconut cream, add vanilla extract and pecans as an alternative of walnuts.

These must be called coconut cheesecake, they just style like sickeningly sweet coconut. I needed to like them but after struggling for over an hour toiling over them I can’t enjoy them because they’re too candy and means too coconutty.
